How long is a standard hire period?
Our standard hire is based on a 24-hour period. We also offer discounted weekly and long-term rates for larger projects. Contact us for a specific quote based on your timeline.
Is there a security deposit required?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all equipment. This deposit is processed at the start of the hire and returned immediately once the tools are returned in good working order.
Do you offer delivery across the Illawarra?
We offer delivery and pickup services throughout Wollongong, Shellharbour, and the wider Illawarra region. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the size of the equipment being hired.
What happens if the equipment is damaged?
The hirer is responsible for any damage caused by misuse. We recommend checking equipment before use. In the event of a mechanical failure not caused by the hirer, we will replace the unit or provide a refund for the remaining period.
